The challenge

With the business about to embark on an entirely new recognition program, the 2017 award program was the last of its kind. To celebrate not only the award winners but also the end of an era, this needed much more than just an event. It needed to be an unforgettable experience.

The solution

Keeping the exact location of the dinner a surprise, guest were welcomed into the foyer for drinks and canapés. After a short tour of the theatre, the group were led onto the stage where they discovered a beautifully styled dinner table, complete with branded menus, hand scripted place cards and personalised welcome letters.

 

An intimate awards ceremony was followed by a three-course meal, with entertainment provided throughout the evening by a selection of talented performers: a Principal Soprano from Opera Australia, a string quartet and a contemporary singer.

The outcome

Set in a unique, glamourous venue and with countless special touches, the event more than delivered on our client’s expectations – acknowledging not only the achievements of the top performers, but also celebrating the legacy of the awards program itself.
